In-person workshops – fine art photography and historical processes

This category includes in-person workshops held at our studio in Trąbki Wielkie, Poland. The classes take place in an intimate studio space, fully equipped for working with alternative and fine art photographic processes.

What we teach

We run workshops covering a wide range of historical and experimental photographic techniques, including:

  • gum bichromate process (monochrome and colour)
  • large format photography
  • cyanotype and cyanotype toning
  • Vandyke brown process
  • platinum and palladium printing
  • salt printing
  • collodion negative
  • albumen printing
  • aristotype process
  • resinotype process
  • pigment / carbon transfer
  • oil print (bromoil/oil-based printing)

  • and other historical photographic processes

Individual workshops

We also offer one-to-one workshops tailored to the participant’s level and chosen technique. The program can cover both basic and advanced photographic processes.

On-Site Workshops – Alternative and Historical Photography

In this category, you will find on-site workshops held at our studio in Trąbki Wielkie, Pomerania, near Gdańsk, Poland. The workshops take place in a small, fully equipped studio designed for working with alternative, historical and fine-art photographic processes.

Group workshops are offered on selected dates, with each process usually taught once a year. Depending on the technique, groups are limited to 2–6 participants, allowing plenty of time for individual practice and guidance. Currently available workshops and dates are listed in this category.

We also offer one-to-one workshops tailored to the participant’s experience and chosen photographic process. The programme can cover both the fundamentals and more advanced aspects of historical and alternative photography.

Prices for an 8-hour individual workshop start from PLN 1,845 gross.
