White paper with slightly textured surface on one side and a smooth surface on the other, with good water strength. Acid free, guaranteed to keep its properties in long time storage. Originally intended for water colours, acrylics as well as pastels, pencils and charcoal, it is perfectly suited for most historical processes such as the albumen print, the saltprint, cyanotype and even the gum print as long as no more than five layers are used. Similarly to most papers, before being used for gumprinting, it needs to be pre shrunk and sized.
